Did a very thorough job on our property after the move out.Very competitively priced and Listened to all our questions. Co-ordination was easy and even accommodating to schedule changes.Arrived on time and went through the property , highlighted the extra steps needed and provided information on how and what needs to be done upfront. Stayed longer to finish detailing etc. Will Use again and highly recommend BLD Cleaners to all that are looking for excellent cleaning services.

Extremely disappointing service.They didn't show up for a scheduled cleaning, leaving me in a difficult situation with an apartment handover the very next day. Communication was poor - they stopped responding after multiple follow ups and even hung up the phone.I had to urgently hire another cleaner at a higher price to get the job done last minute. I absoltely do not recommend them. Booking with this company is a risk you take on yourself.

We regret greatly the inconvenience and stress that this has put you through and in particular we regret this against a very tight handover date. This is not our desire as the standard of service which we wish to provide. This time we cast a subcontractor whose duty it was to save us one, but alas we were disappointed and we accept that entirely. Our working relationship with them has since been terminated and we have strengthened measures to prevent the occurrence of the same in the future. We know how annoying this must have been to you and we deeply regret the miscommunication and inconvenience caused to your plans.
